Your children have lived with you in shelter and doubled up with friends and family; the worst has been the nights in the car; and now, you have a key to your new home! Without a doubt this is a dream come true and also, you have lost your kitchen utensils, your sheets, towels and everything you have owned along the way. Project REACH is a Saint Paul Public Schools shelter and street-based program that promotes school stability and academic success of children and youth experiencing homelessness. Our program staff serve pre-K and school age children who are in temporary housing situations.
