Jhaelynn is an entrepreneur, community strategist, and ecosystem builder passionate about helping people in need! She is dedicated to closing the resource gap for Black professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs. She is the founder of The B Suite, a cultural and professional platform that convenes community through transformative professional development and social engagement. Through initiatives such as the Kinfolk Collective Marketplace, Nine to Thrive, A Seat at HER Table, and the Black Founders Brunch, Jhaelynn designs spaces that strengthen belonging, leadership, and opportunity.
A Forbes Next 1000 honoree, Jhaelynn serves as a Minnesota Ambassador for the Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum Making History Network and sits on the boards of the Minneapolis Downtown Council and Love First Community Engagement. She is a proud graduate of Tuskegee University and holds a master’s degree in Food Science from The Ohio State University. Rooted in family and community, she is inspired daily by her partner, Markus, and their son, Nile—who ground her work in legacy, care, and collective futures.
