Erik discovered his soul partner, Wendy, during high school and together they’ve been on a life adventure ever since. They raised three empowered and independent daughters, have gained two incredible sons-in-law, and are now proudly watching them make their mark on the world.
Erik is described as an enthusiastic, authentic, and robust communicator, change agent, teacher, relationship builder, & strategic thinker. He loves golf, the Dallas Cowboys, traveling, reading, and fine foods. A graduate of Indiana University, he’s enjoyed a nearly 30-year business career enabling him to lead culturally diverse and remotely located teams worldwide and has helped companies navigate times of growth and challenge. Erik is passionate about business integrity, culture, and leadership development. He joined the Lift Up team in 2018.
