Haiti, the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, faces extreme challenges. Last year, gas prices had skyrocketed to $15 per gallon, and basic food like rice and beans were out of reach for many families. Some children eat just one meal a day.

Fountain of Christ School serves 312 Haitian children. To ensure safe water and secure facilities at Fountain of Christ school, these two immediate concerns need to be met.

  1. Water Tower Repairs – $2,100
The school’s water tower provides clean, purified water to 312 children daily, but years of wear and tear have made the steel supports dangerously unstable. To ensure the safety of the children, we must replace the rusted posts with a reinforced concrete structure.

2. School Entrance Repairs – $3,100
The entrance to the mission has deteriorated due to weather and heavy use, making it unsafe for vehicles delivering supplies. Without repairs, access to the school will become even more difficult.
