Every $250 will feed one hungry kid for an entire YEAR! More than 200,000 children in Minnesota live with food insecurity. In response to the Coronavirus we are working closely with 31 districts in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin, who are now coordinating all nutrition response and providing food at their designated food distribution points for students and families. These districts include over 87,000 kids on free or reduced lunch, which accounts for 30% of all such students in the state.
We are currently working alongside our Certified Project Partners at The Sheridan Story. Targeting aid for local schools to help hungry kids near Chicago and 38th, some of the hardest hit areas of Minneapolis. They are in serious need of food support due to many things, including loss of grocery stores. We are helping provide much needed food to children in three Minneapolis schools.

We are fighting child hunger, because no child deserves to go without food. This is going to take approximately $25k and Hitachi is going to be a huge help right away!
