No One Goes Hungry – Support all Food Shelves in Scott County.
In response to the growing food insecurity caused by the government shutdown and loss of SNAP benefits, Scott Countyhas launched No One Goes Hungry—a coordinated county-wide effort to ensure every family has access to nutritious food and essential support.
This project unites local food shelves, community organizations, and county leadership in a shared mission to make help accessible, raise awareness, and mobilize resources across every corner of Scott County. Together, these partners are building a more connected, compassionate system that not only responds to urgent needs, but also strengthens long-term community resilience.
The initiative focuses on increasing visibility for local food shelves, streamlining referral pathways, and inspiring residents, civic groups, and businesses to get involved in sustaining this vital network of care.
